This expriment was coducted in 1998 and 1999 in Shahrood agricultural research center to evaluate effectiveness of application methodes and different micro nutrients on yield of potato cultivars. Exprimental treatments includes cultivars ,application methodes and mineral nutrientsevaluated in strip plot design with three replication. Potato varieties Agria and Draga arrenged in strips in each plot .Three methodes of application including Foliar ,soil and soil + Foliar application arrenged in main plot. Sub plots were included of seven mineral nutritionts : Zn , Mn ,Mg ,Zn +Mn , Zn + Mn , Mn + Mg and check (control). Analysis of variance for two years showedvariety Agria with mean yield 31/8 (ton/ha) was suprion to Draga at 5% level. foliar application , soil + foliar application with average yield 31.05 and 27.44 (ton / ha) respectively were more suitable methodes for mineral nutrition application . Mineral nutritioent treatment Mg , Mn , Zn+Mn and Mn + Mg with average yield 30.11 , 29.25 , 28.52 , 28.28 ton / ha respectively were better than other treatments. Agria with 64.23 centimeter plant hieght was 10 % taller than Draga with 58.5 centimeter . Mineral nutrient application been effected the plant height ( خ± = 5 %) . all treatment were taller than control. methodes of application has not affected the plant height . Mean namber of tuber per plant was 9.61 in Draga that was 11.5 % more than Agria. There was not significant different between Varieties tuber size and mineral application. There was not significant different between treatments whit respect to nitrate concentration in tubers . Maximum nitrate concentration was 347.16 mg/kg with Mn+Mg application treatment and minimum concentration was 282.5 mg/kg with Zn application.
