According to different reports , foot and mouth Disease (FMD) oil adjuvant vaccines are desirable vaccines with prolong immunity in comparison with aqueous vaccine . Soafter the study on comparison between ISA50 , ISA25 oil vaccines and aqueous vaccine in laboratory scale , a new project for field trial of oil FMD vaccine with ISA25 adjutant was implemented . In this new study we prepared two kind of bivalent ( O1+A87) FMD vaccines as follow : a) FMD oil vaccine with ISA25 as an adjuvant b) FMD aqueous vaccine with AL(OH)3 + saponin as adjuvant. Then in each of three units of dairy farm with different management 30 cows selected randomly . Each of 30 cows divided to two groups as follow : Group 1: for inculcating oil vaccine (4 ml intramuscular in the neck) Group 2 : for inoculating aqueous vaccine (4 ml intramuscular in the neck) Before vaccine inoculation and after 3th , 10th , 17th and 24th week post vaccination all animals were bleeder. Then measured after each bleeding the FMD antibody titer by zero Neutralization test (SNT) and calculated the logarithmic antibody titer by read and mouench method. At the resultin comparison with protection torte (1/2) both vaccines had protected antibody titer, (protection titer is 1/2) in 24th week post vaccination . and There was not significant differential protection titer in all groups after and of the period 24 weeks between oil vaccine and aqueous vaccine.
