Stripe rust is the most important disease in most wheat growing regions in Iran. In 2001- 2002 and 2002-2003 growing season 20 line of ERWYT-S nursery were tested for resistance to stripe rust. In the seedling stage only 2 lines were resistant (18-20) and 18 lines were susceptible to pathotype 134E134A+. In Adult plant all lines planted in the RCBD experiment with 3 replications. In the field 16 susceptible of seedlind stage were resistance in the filed, which consider of present of adult plant resistant gene/s. But two susceptible in seedlins showed susceptible in the field. Two resistant lines in seedling (Lines 18 and 20) as expected were resistant in the field too. On the base of data analysis and Duncan grouping in alpha 5 percent they grouped in 4 groups. Except susceptible cultivar (21) and two lines 7 and 15 all remain 18 lines were grouped in D and showed good level of resistance.
