Investigation and possibility of poly culture with Shrimp and Sea cucumber in the fiberglass tanks.

Nine fiberglass tanks were selected in 82/4/29. The bottom of the tanks were covered with shrimp farm soiel (10cm ). All of the tanks aerated by an Air-blower. One Sea cucumber per one squire meter was stocked in the first 3 tanks (Treatment 1 ) and 2 Sea cucumbers per one square meter were stocked in the second 3 tanks ( treatment 2 ).The third 3 tanks were our blank tanks with no Seacucumber.All of the tanks were stocked about 15 shrimps per one square meter. This research toock about 80 days. Physico-chemical factors incloding weight, length, Tempertuer, pH, DO, No2, No3, Po4, NH3, were mesuered. These factors were compaired among these treatments. Macrobial total count test was caried out on the soiel after harvesting. In Laboratory survays we observed 530 Microbial colonies in the blank tanks, 234 colonies in treatment one, 129 colonies in treatment two. In the end of this investigastion a positive synergism was seen bitween Shrimp and sea cucumber.
