In attention of existence of different characters in barley cultivars which any were effected yield rate and adaptability to agronomic conditions and production quality and finally, was controlled by the number of geneshowever, make of genetically diversity and different hybrids productionwas probable the selection of lines that adaptation with agroclimatical conditions. Selection in segregation materials is the most important stages of breeding programs and help us to obtain the high-yielding and adaptive to regional conditions .Characters segregation in hybrids were initiated from F2 population and continued for several generations. In this stage, diverse compounds between of parental materials were displayed. The surveying of single plants in various stages of plant growth desirable plants which possessed high yield characteristics was selected. In this experiment,17,85,8,and 133 numbers in F2 , F3 , F4 , (F5 and Fn) generation were participated, respectively that , 15 number from F2 generation, 59 numbers from F3 generation , 58 suitable single- plant from F4 population, 15 suitable single-plant pure lines from F5 and 69 ,F6 generation were selected to additional survey in future year. Key words: barley, segregation population, modified bulk, pedigree
