In this investigation feasibility of Beech slabs in particleboards production were prepared at three different contents resin of 9,10,and 11 percent, press temperatures of 165 c and 175 c and hardener contents of 1.5 and 2.5 percent. Moreover potential utilization of Beech veneer residues in particleboard production were prepared at two different contents resin of 9 and 10 percent and hardener contents of 1,1.5,and 2 percent and combination contents of 25,50,75,and 100 percent (Base of waste). In this research utilization of Beech Bark at two ifferent level of press time 5 and 6 min., mat moisture content 11,13,and15 percent and combination contents of 0,10,15,and20 percent (Base of waste) were considered. Based on the DIN-68763 standard physical and mechanical properties including MOR, MOE, IB, and thickness swelling and water absorption (after 2 and 24 immersion in water) were tested. Based on the factorial experimental design at completely random test was analysis. The results showed that optimum condition of Beech slabs in particleboard including: resin content (11%), press time (6 min.), press temp. (175 c), and hardener contents (2.5%) were found. Beech veneer residues optimum condition shows that residues content (25%), hardener contents (2%), and resin contents (10%) had the better of particleboards properties. The potential utilization of Beech Bark in particleboard production including: Beech Bark (15%), Press time (6 min.) and mat moisture content (15%) were optimum condition.
