The importance of biological fertilizer has been increased becuase use of chemical fertilizers cause somedamages in envronment. Biological fertilizers are composed from microoorganisms or their products.They fix nitrogen or solubilize some elements then increase their availability for plants. Some autotrohand phototroph microorganisms solubilize inorganic phosphate during their metabolic processes directlyand indirectly. These microorganisms are called Phosphate Solubilzing Microorganisms (PSM).Phosphorous is found in soil, plants, animals and in a number of organic and inorganic compounds. Itsmajor physiological role is in certain essentiaal steps in the accumulation and release of energy duringcellular metabolisms. Phosphurus is found in soil as different shapes that majority of it is not for plantsonly after sdolubilization. This indicates the importance of PSM. In this investigation the potential ofphosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) was stiudied in Vaz forest. Psb were isolated by serial dilutionmethod and identified by staining and biochemical tests. Isolates were identified as: Psudomonas acidovorance, Psudomonas Psudomonas vesicularis, Psudomonas puterifacience, Psudomonasfluerscence, Psudomonas cepacia, Enteroibacter agglomerance, Enteroibacter aerogensa, Bravibacteriumspp., Alcaligenese spp., Psudomonas stutzeri,Actinobacillus spp and Xanthobacter spp
