English. [Stress types, considered as attacks which hinder the expression of genetic potential of animals, are numerous both in dairy cattle husbandry and in beef cattle. The major stress types able to impair the reproductive performances are of pathological (caesarean section, lameness, mastitis) and environmental origin (evolution of animal position in herd hierarchy, high outdoor temperature). Thermal stress impairs fertility and, at the same time, follicular growth, hormone synthesis (FSH, LH, estrogens, prostaglandins) and embryo development.]
