12 elements content has been determined by atomic absorption spectrometry in strawberry fruits sampled in the period years 2001-03 from 129 commercial plantations situated in seven provinces of Poland. Results of the experiment have indicated the occurence of interactions between some elements in strawberry fruits (synergism or antagonism)
