Yield and grain quality of winter wheat varieties depending on agricultural level

The aim of the research was to compare the grain yield and quality parameters of two varieties of winter wheat. The sowing rate amounted to 400 grains per square meter. A significant differentiation of analysed parameters was noted for both varieties of winter wheat. Sukces variety was characterized by better canopy structure and larger grain yield. Whereas Tonacja variety had better quality parameters of grain. Protein content in dry matter of winter wheat, wet gluten, the falling number and sedimentation value were not influenced by variety
