An algorithm for segmentation of the colour images of crop field infected by diseases that change usual colour of agricultural plants is proposed. The segmentation algorithm based on clasterization and two-steps image filtration using mathematical morphology and semantic approach. It can be applied for cartography of fields staggered by plant diseases to reduce the use of plant protection products
