In the paper were presented changes in nitrogen and phosphorus content in detailed developmental phases of the goat's rue, in the third and seventh year of its cultivation. The plants were harvested at budding and three phases of three phases of flowering: in the beginning, full and end of full ripeness and in green mass content of nitrogen and phosphorus in whole plants as well as in leaves and stems was determined. The investigated parameters significantly differentiated content of studied elements. The mean content of nitrogen in dry mass reached for whole plant 26.1 g/kg of D.M. - for leaves 35.5 and stems 17.0, and phosphorus for whole plant 4.64, for leaves 5.03, and for stems 4.01
