Multidirectional scientific researches confirm positive influence of dietary fibre and whole grain products in prophylaxis of civilization diseases. The whole grain products are the basic source of dietary fibre in diet according to an actual nutrition recommendations. Available for consumers cereal crops products aren't able to cover daily requirement for dietary fibre. The consumption of high-processed grain products must be cut down because of high content of fat and high content of soluble carbohydrates as well. The breeders and technologists are now responsible for providing raw materials for food production with high content of dietary fibre
