The methods of genetic crop improvement based on DNA recombinant techniques, also allow to improve quality traits of agricultural products by influencing their nutritional and dietetic value. However, regardless of direction and purpose of the modification of crops that are to be used as animal feed and human food, there is a compulsory need for estimating and potential risk related to the utilization of GMO, which is perceived via its potential risk for peoples health and widely understood wellbeing of animals and environmental biodiversity
