Drainage system financing with especial review on horizontal pipe drainage

Using foreign knowledge in financing of drainage systems can be contribute on improvement or even change of financing system in our country. The experiences of states that have long tradition in water management are considered. The World Bank are concession as often way for financing of drainage systems. Important assets for this purposes are realized through the special programs as: SAPARD, PHARE, THERMIE, SAVE at al. On the basis those experiences are proposed of drainage financing model for our country. The level of system building as soom as the needs for construction of horizontal pipe drainage had come in sight.
