Paper presents results of multiannual (1986-2004) investigation on the amount of biogenic elements in apricot leaves, yields and projected nutrition, based on foliar diagnostics. Investigated apricot cultivars were Madjarska Najbolja and Keckemetska Ruza, and were conducted in plantage type production of apricot, location Bratujevac, near Zajecar (Serbia). During the investigation period, average amount of nitrogen in leaves was 1.87% (2.64-1.16 %), phosphorus 0.32 (0.99-0.10%) and potassium 2.96% (8.44-1.70%). The rate od nitrogen /potassium amount in leaves was 0.70 (1.48-0.31). Required amounts for particular elements were: nitrogen 80.5 kg/ha (107-46 kg/ha), phosphorus 28.3 kg/ha (93-47 kg/ha), potassium 119.0 kg/ha (220-56 kg/ha). Average fruit yield during the same period was 3,249.8 kg/ha. Average yield, with exclusion of results from three years without bearing was 3,859.1 kg/ha.
