Organic production is in the best correlation with increasing demands for preservation of environment. It is based on application of strict methods of production, which are regulated by special regulations. Serbia also has those regulations. The regulations about envronmental preservation are also very strict, which exist in Serbia, too. This text contains a short review on current state of environment, organic production and legislative regulation in those foelds, with indications of possibility and need to improve the organic agriculture in Republic of Serbia.
