Morphometric characteristics of melliferous bee [from] repro- station[s] in the South of Serbia

The aim of the study is determination of the following parameters: tongue length, front wing length, front wing width, cubital (wing) index, base tarsal length, base tarsal width and tarsal index. The determination of those properties was carried out from the samples containing 10 bees from 6 localities, repro stations in the South of Serbia. The bee samples were put in 100% alcohol, where bees resided until the beginning of the study. The measuring of parameters was carried out after the scanning by computer software. This study treated average, minimum and maximum value, variability of examined morphological parameters.
