This paper describes the implementation of a remote supervision control system of fruit receipt in cold storages. The system was installed in the Elixir Food - Sabac cold storage, Serbia. The total number of process signals exceeds 850. A purpose of the software was a remote supervision and control of the entire plant from a control room. Moreover, a graphical display of data of interest on the remote working station (technological station) was available in the laboratory. A signal acquisition and process control were done by a programmable logic controller Siemens S7-400. Process visualisation is implemented by using Siemens WinCC software package. This solution of supervisory control system is based on the most advanced control technologies in the industry.
