Winter wheat genotypes were tested in greenhouses in spring according to Puccinia triticina resistance characters of seedling with and without second leaf. In field conditions leaf senescence as Puccinia triticina and facultative parasites development were estimated. The one of the aims of this paper was to establish, which combinations or single expression of the resistance characters to Puccinia triticina at seedling stage separated the resistant reaction from pseudo resistance.
