7 populations of broiler rabbits were used: Zobor, Kalifornia, M91xP91, Hyla, Hyplus, Cunistar and Wild rabbits for the analysis of genetic polymorphism of 8 blood proteins. Following carcass traits were evaluated: weight at birth, weight in slaughter, weight of body, weight of skin, weight of thigh, weight of back, weight of foreleg and weight of liver. The relations between genotypes of polymorphic systems and carcass traits were evaluated statistically. The largest diferences among rabbits populations were in polymorhic systems albumin, alcalic phosphatase, ceruloplasmin and serum esterase. Genetic analysis showed the highest genetic variability in polymorphic systems in populations M91xP91, Zobor and Hyla. Statistically significant differences between tested rabbits populations of carcass traits in every traits were confirmed. When we compared polymorphic systems of each genotype to carcass traits of each rabbits populations we found, that Kalifornia rabbits has the highest number of dependency between polymorphic systems and carcass traits.
