High mountain landscape-ecology research provides a variable aspects to dynamical processes and phenomenas which change a high mountain ecosystem structures. We present some of new approaches and methods of landscape-ecology research for a last ten years. We can mention a five case approaches which correspond to research interests: methods of direct measurements of geomorphological processes, methods of abiotic factors and disturbances impact to biota, methods of spatial-time changes of landscape and vegetation mosaic, experimental field methods on the base of nitrogen inputs to the alpine grassland ecosystems and methods to support climatic changes indicies.
