Twenty-three flax genotypes was analysed by three primers, LA01 (5 CCTGGGTGGA 3), LA02 (5 GGTGGCGGGA 3) and LA03 (5 CCTGGGCCTC 3) using RAPD technique. A total of 90 fragments was generated in the PCR, with an average of 13.1 fragment per genotype. Average genetic distance based on real positions of fragments was 0.220. UPGMA dendrogram based on PCR results separated two main groups of genotypes. Primers combination set asside the Albidum genotype as the less similar with others without grouping with no others genotypes.
