Monitoring of Marine Fish Conservation Measured During Spawning and Nursery Period in Andaman Coast has established and investigated in Phang-nga and Krabi Bay, where the area covered 2,400 square kilometers, from 1986 to 2003. The biotic data were collected using standard trawl was carried out in during before seasonal closure, closure and after closure, net on daytime cruises from 1986 to 2003, the fish larvae gathered using plankton net by Research Vessel since 1995 to 1997 and 1999 to 2001. As well as, average catch per unit effort (kilogram/fishing effort), total production (ton) and value (million Baht) of commercially economic fish were collected from pair trawl, baby beam trawl, purse seiner, mackerel gill net and shrimp gill net in Phang-gna and Krabi Bay during 1997 to 2003. Out come of the monitoring reported the conservation area and period that were properly, especial demersal fish and shrimp. The production and valve of commercially economic fish could maintain on the level as 33,000-51,925 tons and 533-822 million Baht from 1997 to 2003. In addition, the proportion of increasing revenue of marine fish during the closure period had reported 2-10 times more than the government investment budget for the conservation during 1997 to 2003. The results of questionnaire from fishermen reported that agreed and followed the seasonal closure as well. In spite of the area and period of closure has not cover the spawning ground and season of Indian mackerel and anchovy. Then, the suggestion of present study that should be expanded the conservation area as follow the line from Laem Sak to Koh Yao Noi through Laem Hualan, Krabi Province, the continuous line to Koh Rok and Koh Talibong through mouth of Kantang cannel, Trang Province, cover the new conservation area about 4,386 square kilometers, in addition, the enhancement of seasonal closure should start from 15th March to 15th June.
