Biodiversity of Algae in Soil at Moo 4-7, Tambon Koh Kred, Amphor Pakkred, Nonthaburi Province was investigated during June 2001 to April 2002, from 19 soil sampling, and to investigate along with physical of soil. There were 22 genera of Division Chlorophyta, 17 genera of Division Cyanophyta, 5 genera of Division Chrysophyta and 4 genera of Division Euglenophyta. The majority of Division Chlorophyta were Chlamydomonas sp., Chlorococcum sp., and Ulothrix sp. The majority of Division Cyanophyta were Oscillatoria sp., Chroococcus sp., and Phormidium sp. The majority of Division Chrysophyta were Navicula sp., Nitzschia sp., Gyrosigma sp. and the majority of Division Euglenophyta were Euglena sp., Phacus sp., and Trachelomonas sp. The algae group that endure to the changing environment were Chlamydomonas sp. Chlorococcum sp., Oscillatoria sp., and Navicula sp.
