Scymnus sp. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) is one of the natural enemies of aphids. The larvae and adult could attack many kinds of aphids in Thailand. In an efficacy study of Scymnus sp. on tomato grown under protected cultivation, it revealed that high feeding capacity on Aphis gossypii Glover (Homoptera: Aphididae) was found on adults and 4th instar larvae. The feeding capacity of adult and 4th instar larvae were 620.16+-263.02 and 27.60+-8.9 aphids respectively.
