Outlined are results of studies of the productivity of the potato seed material reproduced from plants grown in vitro, while using different methods of their propagation for obtaining the first potato reproduction at the in vitro — іn vivo stage. The planting method of in vitro reproduction of the plants, sanitated by a meristem–tissue culture, is found out to be an effective method of obtaining the original material for needs of the original seed production.

Наведено результати досліджень щодо продуктивності насіннєвого матеріалу репродукованого від рослин in vitro за різних способів їхнього розмноження для одержання першої бульбової репродукції на етапі in vitro — in vivo. Установлено, що розсадний спосіб розмноження рослин іп vivo, оздоровлених методом меристемно-тканинної культури, є ефективним прийомом одержання вихідного матеріалу для потреб оригінального насінництва.
