[Biological special features of emulgated fats and their practical use in pig farming]

Biological special features of emulgated fats and their effect on the digestibility and balance of feed nutritive substances in organism of piglets and the intensity of its growth are studied in three series of experiments. In the last series scientific-economic studies of the effect of emulgated fat on average daily weight gains and preserving of the young animals of pigs for 45 days were conducted. Data are given on the effect of homogenates on the level of indices of the acid number of non-emulgated and emulgated fats of different origin and data of the productivity of animals, while using these fats. An analysis of the data obtained showed that the emulgated fat in a ration of the animals contributes to the protein value of feeds and to the better digestion of inorganic phosphorus enhancing the metabolic processes in the organism and to better digestion of the main nutrient substances thereby. In doing so the amount of free (unesterified) fatty acids in the emulgated fats, while incubating them together with homogenates of the fundic part of the stomac and parenchime of the pancreatic gland, increased by 37.5-249.91%. The use of the emulgated fat contributed to both increasing the coefficient of digestion of the main nutritive substances of the feed of the piglets grown additionally by 0.99-4.75%, and to increasing in average daily weight gains and preserving the sucking piglets by 10.17-20.13 and 1.21-6.57% correspondingly.

Ukrainian. Вивчали біологічні особливості емульгованих жирів і вплив їх на перетравність і баланс поживних речовин кормів у організмі молодняка у свиней та інтенсивність його росту. Всього було проведено три серії дослідів. В останній серії здійснювали науково-господарські дослідження вливу жиру емульгованного на середньодобові прирости та збереженість молодняку свиней за 45 діб. Наведені дані впливу гомогенатів на рівень показників кислотного числа неемульгованих та емульгованих жирів різного походження і дані продуктивності тварин при використанні цих жирів. Аналіз одержаних даних засвідчів, що емульгований жир у раціоні тварин сприяє підвищенню протеінової цінності кормів і кращому засвоєнню неорганічного фосфору, посиленню обмінних процесів у організмі та кращому засвоєнню ними основних поживних речовин. При цьому кількість вільних (неетерифікованих) жирних кислот у емульгованих жирах при інкубації їх разом з гомогенатами фундальної частини шлунка і паренхіми підшлункової залози збільшувалося на 37,5-249,91%. Застосування емульгованого жиру сприяло не лише зростанню коефіціента перетравності основних поживних речовин корму поросят на дорощуванні на 0,99-4,75%, але і підвищенню середньодобових приростів і збереженості поросят-сисунів на 10,17-20,13 та 1,21-6,57% відповідно.
