[Nature protection and production ecologization as a precondition of sustainable development]

While carrying out the management of the environmental quality, the attention is drawn to the position of a community as to a possible breaking of the ecological balance and taking into account objective economic factors. The present publication deals with the procedure of agreeing the lines of solving ecological problems by the local administration with public ecological structures with the aim of carrying out a complex assessment of the environmental impact and making a compromise decision which would satisfy the interests of all the participants of this procedure. Considered are special features of the state regulations of ecological activities by certain countries of the world: the USA, France, Great Britain etc. Fragments of the resolution of the UN General Assembly titled Economic development and nature protection (1962), materials of the ХХІІ Session of the UN General Assembly (1967), of the international conference on the environment in Stockholm (1972) etc. are given. Results of the main documents of these intergovernmental documents are cited. The report of the UN Commission titled Our Joint Future (1987) and the document The Agenda of the XXI century (Rio de Janeiro, 1992) are referred to.

Ukrainian. В управлінні якістю навколишнього середовища звертається увага на позицію громадськості щодо можливого порушення екологічної рівноваги і врахування об*єктивних економічних чинників. Йдеться про процедуру погодження напрямів розв*язання екологічних проблем місцевою адміністрацією з громадськими екологічними структурами з метою комплексної оцінки впливу на навколишнє середовище і прийняття компромісного рішення заради задоволення інтересів усіх учасників цієї процедури. Розглядаються особливості державного регулювання екологічної діяльності деякими країнами світу: США, Франції, Великобританії. Наведено фрагменти з резолюції Генеральної Асамблеї ООН «Економічний розвиток і охорона природи» (1962 р.), матеріалів ХХІІ сесії Генеральної асамблеї ООН (1967 р.), конференції в Парижі (1968 р.), Міжнародної Конференції з навколишнього середовища в Стокгольмі (1972 р.). Процитовано результати наведені в основних із цих міжурядових документів. Зроблено посилання на доповідь Комісії ООН під назвою «Наше спільне майбутнє» (1987 р.) і «Порядок денний на ХНІ століття» (Ріо-де-Жанейро, 1992 р.).
