Cross serological reaction at antigen Francisella tularensis and antigens with similar protein status

We used 2645 blood samples from cattle, sheep, goat, pigs, dogs and 20 samples from rabbits in obtaining of hyperimmune sera. The sera were selected from the samples for routine diagnostic. Hiperimmune sera from rabbits across from Fr. tularensis, Br. abortus, P. multocida and Y. pseudotuberculosis. The results were given by a drop agglutination and degree agglutination type Vidal. Cross reaction was determined between antiserum with similar protein status and Fr. tularensis with difference in titters of br. abortus in the antiserum compared with heterological antigen Fr. tulansis in low dilutions 1:10, but antiserum Fr. tularensis with Br. abortus gave positive reaction in dilution 1:80. Antiserum P. multocida and Y. pseudotuberculosis gave agglutination only with haemological sera.
