A field experiment to study the influence of mineral nutrition with N12P6K6 и N24P12K12 on soil microboiсenosis that transform the nutrients in the rhizosphere of eggplant was conducted at the experimental station of the Horticulture department during the 2005-2006 period. The results suggest that the fertilization increases the number of prokaryotic microorganisms instead of the eukaryotic with better effect of the application of N12P6K6. The changes in the development of rhizosphere microflora do not correspond to the final yield of eggplant.
