[Perspective directions of innovative agricultural mechanization development in Belarus]

The important document, defining prospects of mechanization, is the system of cars for realisation of scientifically proved know-how of production of the basic agricultural crops. The given working out establishes the nomenclature, appointment and technical characteristics of means of agriculture mechanisation, requirement for them of domestic agroindustrial complex, rational ways of equipment by technics (working out and own production, purchase abroad, co-production), and also other specifications and indicators. Realization of the given system will provide the maximum specialization and unification of agricultural cars and the equipment, and also their base components of hydraulics, electronics, working bodies and other knots and units. This system is adapted for regional soil-climatic and industrial conditions of Belarus that provides economy of resources and demanded efficiency. Agriculture development will provide performance of such problems as preservation and increase of soil fertility, maintenance of ecological safety, improvement of an inhabitancy of the person. The important direction of agricultural machinery development is creation the power means for unitization. Preservation and increase of soil fertility is reached thanks to application of fertilizers. Belarus annually receives 6-8 million t of grains. It is planned to finish its total gathering to 10 and more million t. Reception of such crops will be provided with trouble-free work of the means which are carrying out cleaning, delivery, clearing, drying and grain storage. It is necessary to apply the stable maintenance of the cattle breeding enterprises with high quality forages widely resource saving and ways of preparation of forages not dependent on weather conditions, delivering to economy modern complexes necessary for their to use forage harvesters. The most perspective are following technologies: multiple-hay cutting preparation of tinned forages from grasses with application of chemical and biological preservatives; hay preparation, roughage senage and silo in rolls with packing in polymeric sleeves or a film; preparation of crushed cured grasses and silage cultures with packing in large-sized polymeric sleeves; preparation of corn grain in the crushed kind with packing in large-sized polymeric sleeves. Application listed above the ways of forage production from grasses, silage and grain crops provides the minimum losses (no more than 8%) and reception to 80% of production of the first class. A priority in business of cattle breeding branch mechanisation is the organisation of production of the demanded equipment and its complex delivery for reconstruction both technical re-equipment of swine farms and complexes. Strategy of development of the scientific-practice center provides essential increase of its scientific and innovative activity efficiency. Innovative scientific objects and the pilot manufactures providing working off of the newest technologies of agricultural production and flexible manufacture of perspective, scarce and its new kinds are for this purpose projected and created
