[Veterinary-sanitary measures in cattle breeding and swine breeding]

Belarus is characterised by advanced animal husbandry. Dairy cattle and swine breeding, along with poultry farming, are the most economically perspective and dynamically developed branches. By the data of the Institute of Experimental Veterinary Science of S.N.Vyshelessky, on a pig-breeding complex the general bacterial insemination in sections for the maintenance of weaned pigs averages on surfaces of walls is 159333 KOE/square cm, feeding troughs - 540636 KOE/square cm, a floor - 913000 KOE/square cm, in air - 306382 KOE/cube cm (or in 5 times above an admissible indicator). High impurity by microflora and in premises for the maintenance of calves on a complex on cattle fattening is established: by the end of the 1st period of cultivation of young growth it made on floor surfaces - 1603000 KOE/square cm, walls - 164000 KOE/square cm, feeding troughs - 783000 KOE/square cm, in air - 348040 KOE/cube сm, that in 6,1 times above admissible quantity. At institute positive results are received at carrying out of aerosol processing of premises for the maintenance of calves and pigs at their presence of 3% okson from calculation 20 cube cm on 1 cube m volume, an exposition of 40 minutes. The generators of a cold fog Cyclone are used. Pathogenic and is conditional-pathogenic microorganisms after processing from air were not allocated. The general bacterial insemination decreased on surfaces of walls in 4,7 times, feeding troughs - in 2,9 times, drinking bowls - in 5 times, a floor - in 1,7 times, in air - in 3,5 times. On the basis of peroxide of hydrogen and dairy acid at institute it is developed ecologically pure and more effective in comparison with okson a complex antimicrobic preparation under the conditional name Permox which passes now industrial tests. The preparation in working solutions does not cause irritation of a skin and mucous membranes, does not lead to an organism sensitisation, does not render negative influence on a clinico-physiological condition of animals and possesses weak corrosive activity. Permox bactericidal an effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in 0,1% of concentration has at an exposition of 5 minutes, on sporous cultures Bacillus subtilis and mushrooms Candida rubrum - in 0,5% of concentration at the same exposition, on Micobacterium terra - in 2% solutions in 30 minutes
