[Management of property investment asset of bakery enterprise]

In this article is expounded economic ground of important management the investment capital of bakery enterprise in the conditions of active conducted presently in industry of modernization and reconstruction of operating production, to consider substantive provisions of management a property investment asset and possibility of their practical application. The positive sides of the use of property asset are marked, formulated and systematized factors, negatively affecting forming of own investment resources of enterprise. In the article control system by the property investment asset of enterprise is offered with the use of coefficient of attainable growth. An author is offer conceptually the new going near the question of management the property investment asset of enterprise from position of growth of economic value added. The calculation of growth of economic value added is produced for a concrete enterprise, on the basis of what was to give comparative description actual and optimum economic of value added of enterprise
