In article results of research on application of organic micro fertilizers Helkom and Seybit on productivity and biochemical indicators of tubers of potato are resulted. Essential indicator for potato tubers is their biochemical structure on which not only taste of tubers depends, but also quality of products of processing. Applied microfertilizers Khelkom and Sejbit influenced on biochemical structure of tubers miscellaneously: such indicators as the content of dry matter and starch content in tubers decreased on 0,5-0,6%; reducing sugars - raises on 0,06%, vitamin C - on 0,4-1,8%, and nitrates - on 25-58 mg/kg The crude protein and total fiber are near identical with the control and make accordingly 2,37-3,01% and 1,30-1,49%. At microfertilizer application Khelkom on plantings of potato variety Dubrava productivity of tubers increased on 5,5 t/ha and has made 50,6 t/ha. Applied microfertilizers Helkom and Seybit change biochemical structure of tubers by decrease of content of dry matter and starch in tubers, but the content of vitamin C and nitrates thus raises
