Research on optimization of agricultural crops distribution on fields and intensity of their cultivation was considered and formalized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The problems of the maximum adaptation of agricultural crops to the peculiar properties of fields, choice of crop distribution on fields providing the maximum economic efficiency were analysed. Research results showed that the choice of the economically optimal alternatives of crop distribution on fields and intensity of their cultivation on the basis of heuristic developments proved to be unrealistic because of the infinitely large number of alternatives and scantiness of available expert information necessary for the decision making. The realized formatization of the optimization task and its programme realization made it possible to carry out the mathematical precise calculation of the optimal variants for agricultural use of arable lands by agricultural farms and enterprises. Linear and nonlinear multidimensional dependences of yield regression on the sample factors (doses of nitrogen, potash and phosphorous fertilizers and level of underground waters) were calculated. Precision of the obtained solutions was determined by the reliability of used in the model multifactor relations of yield. For the provision of the simulation veracity on use of arable soils including the reclaimed ones it was proposed to register field history in the special automated programme that was necessary for the efficient calculation of yielding capacity dependences
