Within the realization of the concept of marketing of partner relations existing forms of the exchange by intermediate production are analyzed and the methodology of formation of mutually advantageous relations focused on the long-term prospect with suppliers for enterprises of the industrial complex of the republic is offered. In the conditions of globalization of the commodity markets and accruing uncertainty of economy development the network approach to the production organization allows to minimize capacity of release expenses of end production and simultaneously to provide its high quality, thereby raising competitive stability and reliability. Within the limits of the given approach the basic role is taken away to formation of partner relations between all participants of production and end production realization, including the relations focused on long-term prospect with suppliers of intermediate production. As has shown the analysis, the most productive form of an exchange of intermediate production is the relational exchange based on formation of partner relations between participants of such exchange. For the domestic industrial enterprises carrying out market modernization of production and solving a problem of embedding in system of the global commodity markets, formation of the relational form of the exchange by intermediate production should be carried out as the consecutive process including transition from developed in planned economy within the limits of vertically integrated dependence of hierarchical system of the exchange by intermediate production, and also market relations of the exchange under the form, but relational under the maintenance, to the relations based on interdependence and mutual interest of the parties. Within the limits of such relations the attention of the parties concentrates on the price of the offer of demanded intermediate production, and on size of the general expenses brought by intermediate production in the cost price of end production
