[The influence of extra-root feedings on yield of table roots]

Use of universal multicomponent structures of fertilizers at top dressing of table root crops in various plant developmental stages and development promotes increase of productivity and increase in the content of dry matter, the sum of sugars and decrease in quantity of nitrates in vegetable production. Table root crops on phases of intensive increase of vegetative weight and the beginning of formation of a root crop have the most critical periods in food elements. In the phase of intensive increase of vegetative weight doses of fertilizers for table root crops have made 3-4 l/ha, and in the phase of the beginning of formation of a root crop 4,5-5,4 l/ha accordingly. At studying of influence of top dressing it is established that at carrying out of two top dressings productivity of sugar beet has increased on the average on 2,7-5,4 t/ha or 8 - 16%, and carrots accordingly by 5,7-14,1 t/ha or 21-52%. Application of universal multicomponent structures of fertilizers promoted increase in productivity of sugar beet and carrots in 1,2-1,4 times in comparison with productivity on doses of ordinary microfertilizers. Quality of production of table root crops from use of universal multicomponent structures of fertilizers has not worsened. The content of nitrates in carrots root crops has decreased on 13-29 mg/kg of crude weight, and carotin content has increased on 0,5 - 0,9 mg/100 g
