[Improvement of forms of business plan for development of the enterprises of agroindustrial complex of the Republic of Belarus]

The term business-plan was included in a lexicon of economists-agriculture rather recently in the beginning of 90th years of the last century. In system of agriculture the experts of integrated poultry farms first began to use business-plans. The first business-plans basically have been developed for introduction of innovative projects as in branch of poultry farming, there were development of modernization , introductions progressive energy — and resource saving technologies. Business-planning represents process of preparation of decisions on problems, means and actions of workers of the enterprise by a purposeful comparative estimation of various variants of actions under changing conditions. Activity of the enterprise is always connected with use of resources, therefore it is possible to tell, that business-plan is the certain variant of use of resources of the enterprise which are a subject of planning. The basic purpose, of business –planning is optimization of use of resources for achievement of the highest effect from their application. Business-plan is the document which should prove administrative decisions in complex and in system, clearly present the purposes and problems following from it, objectively to estimate external and internal conditions, to determine the resources necessary for achievement of these purposes
