[The number of grains in an ear as a selection sign of winter wheat]

The article examines results of research into hereditary ability and electrophoretic specter of gliadins of two ear signs. It was established that seeds with the sign (the number of seeds in the ear) form descendants with maximal expression of the sign, and seeds with the sign (the place of ear with maximal seeds) differ in the specter of gliadins. As methods of research the analysis of elements of structure of productivity, the statistical analysis, electrophoretic analysis of spare fibers of seeds were applied. Research was carried out by the way of the same type of crops on tapes at typical density and on five indicators of uniformity (the area of placing of seeds, depth of sowing, location of seeds, humidity of soil, density of a soil bed, availability of fertilizers).
