[System of quality management in milk industry of the Republic of Belarus]

The article examines the principles of quality management used as a basis of international system ISO, series 9000. and a model of quality management system, adapted for one of the leading milk producers in the Republic of Belarus - Rogachev Tinned Dairy Industrial Complex. Special attention has been given to the order of management quality when producing milk preserves, and to the contol of correlation between produce quality management system and international standards ISO of the series 9000. Quality standard ИСО of a series 9000 provides 4 big groups of processes: administrative activity of a management; maintenance with resources; production life cycle; measurement, the analysis and improvement. The given groups are not isolated: they are closely interconnected and join in each separate process of manufacture. Introduction of the international system of a quality management are The long-term investments, allowing to increase an export potential of domestic commodity producers by elimination of barriers in trade with the foreign countries, promoting integration of Belarus into the world economic and acceleration of social and economic development of the country
