In the article the results of researches on estimation the insecticide assortment for protection of grain crops against the basic pest species which were carried out on the basis of developing phytosanitary situations concrete agrocenosises are submitted. It is established, that preparations of contact action with the active ingredient alpha-cypermethrine reduced number of cereal flies and cereal leaf beetle for 95,0-100,0%, cereal thrips and plant louse – 81.6-90,0%. Preparations with the active ingredient lyambda-cyhalothrine, deltamethrine and esphenvalerate have shown high efficiency (85,0-100%) against cereal thrips, cereal leaf beetle and anasoplia beetles. A biological estimation of preparations with a.i. zeta-cypermethrine, and on a cypermethrine basis was higher normative against a complex leaf-eating phytophages and cereal flies. Preparations of systemic action with a.i. dimetoate and a.i. acetamipride reduced number of cereal leaf beetles for 80 %, cereal thrips – 85%. The given preparations are more expedient for applying against sucking pests – cereal aphids and thrips. The data on the efficiency of vantex 60 mks insecticide on the basis of scale-cygalothrin in spring grain crops against cereal leaf beetle, winter – against anasoplia beetles and cereaiaphids are cited
