Chinese. 为进一步研究甘薯病原微生物的侵染对甘薯病程相关非表达子1基因(NPR1)表达的影响,以甘薯肌动蛋白(β-ac-tin)基因为内参照基因,提取甘薯叶片总RNA,反转录为cDNA,同批异管对该2个基因进行PCR扩增.通过对循环数的优化和对体系重复性、准确性的分析,建立了一个稳定、方便的半定量RT-PCR体系.
