Effects of different drying ways on polysaccharide content of Codonopsis pilosula

Chinese. 采用水提醇沉法和苯酚-硫酸法研究了低温、非低温处理下,不同干燥方式对党参多糖含量的影响。结果表明:非低温处理的党参材料,在自然晒干的条件下,党参多糖含量最高,达24.80%;50℃烘干条件下,党参多糖含量亦高达24.67%.温度试验表明,在自然晒干的条件下,随着干燥温度的升高，多糖含量逐渐降低;低温处理过的党参材料,随干燥温度的升高，多糖含量逐渐升高。
