Chinese. 对1年生毛泡桐实生苗顶芽进行了解剖学观察。结果表明,随着气候由秋季向冬季过渡,毛泡桐顶芽体积明显缩小,顶端分生组织细胞密度显著增大,细胞壁向内皱缩。这些变化说明,随着气温的变化,毛泡桐顶芽遭受到环境胁迫,其细胞活性逐渐降低,最终导致顶芽死亡。
