Comparison and analysis on the content of petroleum ether extract in the flue-cured tobacco leaves in different production areas

Chinese. 测定了6个烤烟产区烟叶样品中石油醚提取物含量,并对石油醚与烟叶外观质量之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明,①各产区烟叶石油醚提取物含量集中在5.00%~10.00%范围内;②不同产区烟叶石油醚提取物含量差异极显著,含量由高到低的依次顺序是云南、贵州、四川、河南、福建、山东;③不同部位烟叶石油醚提取物含量差异极显著,中部叶含量最高,上部叶次之,下部叶最低;④不同身份、不同颜色烟叶石油醚提取物含量差异极显著,中等身份烟叶的含量最高,橘黄色烟叶大于柠檬黄色;⑤不同油分、色度的烟叶石油醚提取物含量差异均达到极显著水平,油分越多,石油醚提取物含量越高,色度越强,石油醚提取物含量越高。
