Spanish; Castilian. En este trabajo se dan a conocer los ácaros detectados en la provincia de Santiago de Cuba desde 1977 al 2002. Se clasificaron 77 especies agrupadas en 14 familias y 26 géneros, además del orden Oribatei. Aparecen los hospedantes, la distribución conocida en la provincia y el año de detección en cada municipio. De las 77 especies, una constituye nuevo registro para la acarofauna del país. Aparece además una lista de 86 plantas hospedantes, productos almacenados y otros con las especies de ácaros encontrados en ellos, y se señalan 66 registros de nuevas plantas hospedantes para el país.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. Mites detected in the Province Santiago of Cuba from 1977 to 2002 are given to know in this catalogue. They were classified in 77 species of mites belonging to 14 families and 26 genuses, besides the Order Oribatei. It is listed the host, the distribution known at province and the year of collection. From the 77 species, one constitutes a new record for the mite fauna of the country. A list of 86 host plant, stored products and others, with the mites species founded in them, also appears, 66 reports of new host plants for the country are showed.
