Javaheri, Mohammad Ali | Darvishi, Davood | Gerekani, Abbas
Considering the absence of any previous background for autumnal cultivation of sugar beet in kerman province , two row spacings of 50 and 60 cm and 5 satable species for autumnal cultivation(Rasol ،Shirin،BR1،Posada and Montana) were assessed in the form of thoroaghly tandow blocks with crashed terraces , in order to determine the optimal row spacing. Results showed that the Posada and Montana species higher white sugar efficiency and lower percentage of stolon were better than the other ones. Pant row spacing just effected the root efficiency . Root efficency were higher in tow spacing of 50 cm than 60. Row spacing had no effect on the production percentage of blossoming pedicels and the quantitie and qualitative characteristics of sugar beet yield. Basically, the Posada and Montana species with higher white sugar and root efficiency and lower pecintage of stolon were better than other species and saitable in or zooeiye plain.
