In this project, thermal, catalytic and thermo-catalytic methods were investigated theoretical and experimentally to remove excess ozone. For catalytic and thermocatalytic methods,... catalysts were synthesized by different weight percent, there for, final design was performed by experimental data and kinetic studies, and ozone destruction system was made for ozone generator system which generates 1kg ozone/day. Mean while, In catalytic reactors moisture is the important factor for decreasing efficiency of ozone converting to oxygen. This problem is solved by using thermo-catalytic reactor for raising gas temperature up to dew point. Reactor temperature was fixed in ambient temperature for gas flow without moisture and 95آ؛C for gas flow with moisture. In conclusion, all of the ozone is destructed in space velocity 3.3 (h-1) with catalysts.
