These researches were planed to study the nutritional value and anti-nutritive factors of hull-less barley (HB) varieties that produced in Iran as used in poultry feed. Therefore, two experiments were training for the effects of non-starch polysaccharide content of hulless barley on performance of broiler chicks and layer hens. At first stage of experiment samples of hulless barley were analyses for chemical and non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) content or metabolizable energy content by precision feeding with mature cockerels. The results showed nutrient value of hull-less barley, as DM, GE, C.P., C.Fat, C.Ash, Starch, sugar, خ²-glucan, NDF, S-NSPs, NS-NSPs, Total NSP and AMEn were 92.8آ±0.64 %, 4.33آ±0.006 cal, 11.51آ±1.43 %, 1.03آ±0.27 %, 2.27آ±0.21%, 60.91آ±5.04%, 5.57آ±0.63%), 5.7آ±0.43 %, 18.60آ±3.02 %, 5.14آ±0.83 %, 12.79آ±0.69 %, 17.93آ±1.5 %, 3.113 آ±0.05 kcal/g respectively. The data indicated that was high correlate between the nutritive value and soluble NSPs content of barley varieties (r -0.92, P0.01). AMEn decreased with increase in soluble NSPs of samples (AMEn (kcal/g)
